Prevention of malnutrition in chronic kidney disease is a matter of grave concern impacting survival of patient. It is a matter of great pride that the department of nephrology of the Institute is organizing first international conference Society Of Renal Nutrition And Metabolism 2015 (SRNMCON’15) under the banner of Society Of Renal Nutrition And Metabolism which is going to address this issue. The scientific content is rich and includes issues related to day to day practice. I am sure the deliberations will enrich all the participating delegates.
